Piantel is an established musical duo that has been performing as soloists on harp and piano for
years; in 2005 they decided to combine their musical talents to bring you Piantel. In their time
together they have achieved success with a varied and wide range of experiences. Both Dylan and
Annette are extremely well-known all over the country for their individual style and performances,
accompanying and performing alongside some of our biggest stars: Bryn Terfel, Katherine Jenkins,
Hayley Westenra, Rhys Meirion, Shan Cothi, Gwyn Hughes Jones, to name a few!
Between them they have recorded five solo albums with the record company Sain, and they have appeared
on many more recordings as accompanists. Their Album “Un Enaid” was released in September, 2012.
Engagements have included recitals at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2005, 2006 and 2007, and
performances alongside Hayley Westenra in June 2006 at Venue Cymru.
2013 is a busy year, with concerts in North and mid-Wales, and participating in the televised “Cerddwn
Ymlaen” walk In July with other performers and TV artists, to raise money for the “Air Ambulance” charity.
Performances along the way, at venues from South to North Wales with other artists and singers, followed
immediately by a return south for a performance on the National Eisteddfod stage, make this another year to
be remembered.
