Welsh Troubadours, mixing Americana-inspired folk with contemporary sounds and performing it in their native Welsh tongues.
BABY BRAVE & THE LOVEBITES
Self-described as ‘panto pop’, Baby Brave are two boys and three girls who sing in French and English and make beautifully crafted pop songs.
KARDEMIMMIT
Kardemimmit are a Finnish female four piece who play traditional European folk songs on the Kantele, a Finnish harp whilst giving them a contemporary feel. The mesmerising effect of the rising and falling of female voices combined with the subtle sound of the Kantele is something you will not hear anywhere else, and something that should not be missed.
MEILIR
Meilir makes beautifully dark and ethereal crafted mood music using a combination of traditional instruments and contemporary technology. He sings in both English and his native Welsh tongue employing delicate but powerful tones.
LAURA LEIGH & THE WREXHAM COMMUNITY CHOIR
Laura has been a stable fixture of the Wrexham Music Scene for some time. A fantastic performer in her own right, Laura has created an impressive CV working with artists such as Cream Tangerine, Mooi, Andy Hickie and the Merry Maidens as well as her current band, Heal The Last Stand.
