This exhibition forms part of the Meadow Arts project Shakti, presented in partnership with National Trust, Oriel Davies and WAVE – Wolverhampton Art Gallery. Shakti is an ambitious contemporary arts programme across four venues in both England and Wales exploring the relationship between Britain and the Indian Subcontinent. Oriel Davies is proud to showcase Sharmila Samant‘s first solo show in the UK. Her work is visually arresting as well as critically and politically engaged. More>
