A North Wales Jazz Presentation
Brilliant young trumpet/sax-led jazz quintet featuring N Wales’s Jamie Brownfield, Winner: 2012 British Jazz Awards Rising Star, and Guildhall College, London graduate Liam Byrne,
plus Andrzej Baranek (keyboards) , Nick Blacka (double bass) and Marek Dorcik (drums). Influenced by the legendary Clifford Brown and Sonny Rollins, The Brownfield Byrne Quintet brings a fresh and youthful enthusiasm to 40’s and 50’s Blue Note era favourites. Performing with them is internationally renowned saxman, the one and only ALAN BARNES.
