The NW Collective, formerly the Wrexham Film & Photography Collective, formed in September 2012 and consists of photographers, filmmakers and graphic designers. Since their formation the collective have documented the town, the people and celebrations of Wrexham. The Collective’s original members initially got together at Glyndwr University’s North Wales School of Art & Design, however the group is continually expanding, so as well as being made up of students, graduates and lecturers they have also welcomed other camera enthusiasts from across the region. The collective are keen on collaboration artistically, within the group, but are also keen to work with other groups in the community offering positive outcomes for all concerned.

Having collaborated numerous times in the past THIS Project and The NW Collective have worked together to not only bring this exhibition to Wrexham Town Centre, but also on a new project to install a fully equipped photography studio at Undegun.
